Once your parcel is collected from us by the courier, you will receive an email with courier information, a tracking URL, your tracking number and the status of the delivery.  You can also track the status of you delivery by submitting your tracking number on this link: track.bobgo.co.za

We work with a variety of courier services congregated through Bobgo.co.za, to provide you with the fastest service available at the time of your checkout.

You are welcome to choose for your parcel to be sent to a pudo locker. Kindly inform us if you would like to use any specific pudo locker from the locations on this link.

Remember that if you don’t pick up your package within 36 hours following the notification with the PIN code, the package will be sent back to the closest pudo Kiosk or Depot.

You will also find the details at the bottom of your order email. Please show your received order confirmation email when asking for your package.
